Above the sea of Galilee, rises the mountain Arbel with a wonderful view over the lake and other mountains.
Its imposing appearance with steep cliffs and well-developed hiking trails with different degrees of difficulty and lengths are ideal for an adventure day trip.
The three- to four-hour round-trip, with the cave fortress built in the 17th century, is especially worth a visit.
The visit of the national park and the hiking tours are particularly suitable in the spring and/or autumn seasons. For the hiking tours are solid shoes, enough water and food highly recommended.
